Babies from six weeks to confidently walking are cared for in this room by a Level 3 member of staff with 6 years of experience in childcare.

We aim to offer babies a calm peaceful area to play, explore, eat, relax, and sleep.

Cared for by a key person who knows babies routine from home and will communicate directly with parents or primary caregivers to ensure babies wellbeing.

A daily diary will be kept of events throughout the day.

Babies will be played with, enjoy stories, songs, and have lots of cuddles and attention to progress in their own time.

Learning journals are started here, with comments and links to the Early Years Foundation Stage, a pattern of development will be recorded and the next steps to aim for.
